Assist in the setup and maintenance of irrigation systems, ensuring crops receive adequate water supply.

Operate and maintain farm equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

Assist in the maintenance of farm infrastructure, such as repairing fences, mending greenhouse structures, and maintaining equipment sheds.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience working on a farm or in a similar agricultural setting is preferred but not required.

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Knowledge of basic farming practices, including weeding, harvesting, and packing.

Familiarity with operating and maintaining farm equipment and tools is a plus.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle delicate produce without causing damage.
